On our hikes and experiences through the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, we immerse ourselves in a fantastic world of plants and animals, explore a wide variety of biotopes, walk in the footsteps of the Ice Age and forget the time and hectic pace of everyday life.

Silence, mindfulness, curiosity, creativity, connection with ourselves and nature.

We need to learn again to understand nature within nature, the systemic relationships of all life and how we interact with each other. Understanding how the ecosystem around us works and seeing ourselves as part of that system strengthens our connection to ourselves, to nature and to the place where we live. This love and enthusiasm is the basis for a personal contribution to a regenerative future.

From the glacial 'inanimate' world of stones, flying diamonds, dead ice lakes and mystical moorland forests: What animal has left its tracks here, what is the taste of fresh cherries in spring or sweet rosehips in autumn? What can animals, plants, rivers and stones tell us about life on Earth?

And above all, what do we owe to these creatures if we understand their rich and varied abilities?

The focus of the experience is on the geological development of the landscape, the resulting diverse biotopes, the science of rocks and birds, and the promotion of a deep ecological way of thinking.
